How does the live portrait process work?
I set up an art station at your venue. I take reference photos of your guests as they arrive, and paint their portraits live during the event. They can return later to pick up their finished piece!
Do guests sit for portraits?
No long sittings! I work from quick photos taken on my iPad, so guests can enjoy the event.
How many portraits can you do in an hour?
On average, I can complete 15 portraits an hour depending on the level of detail and am continuously practicing to finish 75 portraits in a 4 hour period.
What happens if a guest misses their portrait?
I can mail it after the event or provide a digital version!
Do you travel for events?
Yes! I’m happy to travel for events. Travel fees will be applied based on location and event details. Just include your event city and date when inquiring, and I’ll provide a custom quote with all the details.
How much is required to book?
A non-refundable deposit of $250 or 25% of the total cost—whichever is greater—is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event.
If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate your new date, based on availability.
If you need to cancel, please note that the deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments made may be refunded depending on how close it is to the event date.
